Explanation of rates and conditions
Total distance is calculated from our stand: Van Kinsbergenstraat 1L → Pickup address → Delivery address → Back to stand.
All rates are all-in for the ride itself and exclusive of VAT.
Waiting time of up to 60 minutes is included.
After 60 minutes of waiting time, we immediately charge €30 for each hour of waiting time started.
Sample calculation: ride to Madrid
A trip to Madrid is about 1,700 km there and 1,700 km back, so a total of 3,400 km.
This falls under our lowest rate: €0.70 per kilometer (excluding VAT).
Calculation:
3,400 km × €0.70 = € 2,380.00 excl. VAT
Important to know:
No additional costs: Toll fees, parking fees, fuel and other costs along the way are fully included.
Always one fare: No surcharge for night rides, weekends or holidays.
Flexible for all loads: From an envelope to a full bus of furniture or pallets.
There will be no charges other than those listed above.

With Rexco, you know exactly where you stand. Our rates are all-inclusive and apply day and night, holidays and weekends – with no hidden surcharges.
Many other providers advertise competitive “from” prices, which are often based on small passenger cars with minimal cargo capacity and very economical consumption. In practice, however, the vast majority of customers (in 9 out of 10 cases) actually require a bus, such as a Volkswagen Caddy or larger. As a result, the final cost is often much higher than expected.
