1. Company information and availability
Rexco is a sole proprietorship located at Van Kingsbergenstraat 1L, 2901 BA Capelle aan den IJssel. We operate 24/7 as an express courier service.
As a sole proprietorship we carry out one ride at a time. Once a ride is confirmed, we reserve the right to refuse or postpone other assignments.

2. Service description and capacity
We transport goods directly from A to B, without intermediate stops, storage or distribution. Our Mercedes Vito offers space for up to 3 europallets or 1000 kg payload.
Bulk shipments, city distribution and multi-drop deliveries are excluded.

3. Permitted Goods
Rexco does not transport ADR (hazardous materials) goods, perishable goods that must remain refrigerated, or shipments requiring specialized permits.
When in doubt, Rexco reserves the right to refuse a shipment.

4. Loading and unloading
The customer is responsible for the timely and safe loading and unloading of the shipment. If damage occurs to the vehicle or cargo due to the actions of the customer or his employees, the customer shall be fully liable.

5. Waiting time and absences

Our all-in rates include the first 60 minutes of waiting time.

If we have to wait longer than 1 hour at loading or unloading address, we charge:

€30 per additional hour of waiting time (rounded up per hour started).

This prevents delays and keeps our service fast and efficient.

In exceptional cases, we reserve the right to return the shipment or leave it on site (if safely possible).

6. Rates
Our rates are all-inclusive, including tolls, waiting time, fuel, holidays and night hours. The customer pays for the entire trip (round trip), regardless of whether only one direction is desired.
We apply a minimum rate of €90 for trips under 50 km. Full fare structure is available upon request or listed on the website.

7. Cancellation and bookings
Bookings placed directly via the booking form on the website are binding after confirmation and cannot be cancelled free of charge.
Scheduled rides (bookings for a later date) can be cancelled free of charge no later than 24 hours in advance. In case of cancellation within 24 hours before the scheduled ride, the full amount will still be invoiced.

8. Payment
Invoices must be paid within 14 days of receipt, unless otherwise agreed. If payment is not made, Rexco reserves the right to send reminders and eventually take collection measures.

9. Establishment of the agreement
A ride is binding as soon as:
– the customer has accepted an offer via e-mail or Moneybird, or
– the customer has made a direct booking via the booking form and confirmation of this has been sent.
From that moment on, the order is considered officially confirmed and executed according to the agreed terms and conditions.

10. Illegal or Undeclared Content
Rexco is not responsible for the content of goods shipped. The customer is responsible for what is shipped. If goods are found to be prohibited, illegal or without required licenses, all liability will be fully disclaimed.
In case of control or customs inspection, relevant details about the shipment and sender will be handed over to competent authorities.
